Take Control Coaching – Life Coaching Framework

Life coaching is a type of personal development where a coach works with clients to help them achieve their personal and professional goals. Life coaching is a collaborative process where the coach asks powerful questions to help the client identify and overcome limiting beliefs, clarify their values and priorities, and create a plan of action to achieve their goals. The coach provides guidance, support, and accountability to help the client stay motivated and on track. Life coaching can be done one-on-one, in groups, or online, and can cover a wide range of topics including career, relationships, health and wellness, personal growth, and more.

Set Goals: Help your client identify their goals, both short-term and long-term. Encourage them to be specific and measurable.

With your clients you will;

Assess Current Situation: Help your client take stock of their current situation, including strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. This may include a self-assessment, feedback from others, and assessments of skills and competencies.

Identify Obstacles: Help your client identify any obstacles that may be preventing them from achieving their goals. These obstacles may include limiting beliefs, negative self-talk, and external factors such as time or resources.

Develop Strategies: Together with your client, develop strategies to overcome the obstacles and achieve their goals. Encourage your client to be creative and open-minded in their approach.

Create Action Plan: Create a detailed action plan with your client, including specific steps and timelines. This plan should be realistic and achievable.

Accountability: Hold your client accountable for following through on their action plan. Encourage them to track their progress and make adjustments as necessary.

Celebrate Success: Celebrate your client's successes along the way. This will help them stay motivated and positive about their progress.

What is Neuro Linguistic Programming?

Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) takes into consideration the way you think (neuro), speak (linguistic) and act (programming). Every experience you have had from birth through to the present moment affects all three of these aspects. Your experiences affect how you move through life, make decisions, interact with others and take action – or not.

How Does NLP Work?

Technically, you do the work. NLP in itself doesn’t do anything. However, NLP approches and techniques work by helping you develop and model states, beliefs and strategies. In turn helping you develop self-mastery in the areas of your life that are important to you.

How Can NLP Be of Use To You?

NLP can be used to change unwanted or limiting beliefs, get rid of fears, phobias, panic attacks, increases confidence and decreases physical pain, to name a few.

NLP can help you by giving you approaches to get into the best emotional state for a particular task, by giving you the most useful beliefs and most helpful strategies to achieve whatever you want.

With NLP you can:

Take control of negative emotions or psychological states that prevent you from making significant breakthroughs in your life

Overcome deep-seated fears and phobias

Replace negative patterned behaviors with positive ones

Develop a deep understanding of your own needs, motivations and desires

Become more aware of your impact on others, enhancing your relationships at home and at work

Achieve professional goals

Release long standing anger and grief

Improve communication issues (personal and professional)

What Are The Benefits Of Neuro Linguistic Programming?

Benefits clients have experienced include:

Better management of their emotional state

More successful and fulfilled lives

Improved self motivation and productivity

Achieved better relationships at work and at home

Developed beneficial health routines

Overcome blocks and continually learning new skills towards self mastery

And in many cases learning how to find joy as they journey through life.

Hypnotherapy

During a hypnotherapy session, you are guided through a process to induce a trance-like stat that helps you focus your mind, respond more readily to suggestions, and become deeply relaxed. Hypnotherapy utilises the heightened awareness of the hypnotic state to help you focus on a problem more deeply.

Hypnotherapy can be used to treat a variety of conditions. It can be use to help with anxiety, phobias, emotions, habit control, and weight control, to name a few.

Hypnotism is the art of entering into trance. Trance is any altered state induce by suggestion.

Hypnosis is a familiar, natural state, it is encountered when returning to waking state from sleep (hypnopompic) and when entering sleep (hypnogogic).

It is a ‘Do With’ process and not a ‘Do To’ process. You, the client, can come out of or go into hypnosis any time that you wish.

You are in control.

Hypnosis is a methodology for communication with the subconscious mind, which is the root of all our emotional behaviour.

Hypnosis works at the heart of the issue, so it is efficient and effective.

Time Line Therapy (TLT)

Time Line Therapy (TLT) is a powerful therapeutic process that has evolved from hypnosis and NLP. This technique helps you let go of self limiting beliefs, negative emotions and eliminates anxiety. Resolve conflicts and places goals in your future to create a really compelling life.

It’s often very difficult for us to change limiting and unhelpful thoughts and behaviors. However, there are techniques available that provided the key. An opening into the unconscious mind, the part of the mind where change takes place. TLT, NLP and Hypnotherapy are each effective techniques in their own right, or when used in combination. They provide a highly supportive and motivational approach to guide and influence your thinking (and therefore behaviour) at a deep level.

Time Line Therapy is probably the least well known out of these 3 techniques. TLT was born out of NLP and Hypnotherapy techniques. It reaps the benefits of the specialist language sets developed in NLP and Hypnotherapy. TLT provides a unique method to eliminate your unwanted emotions and beliefs. TLT can be used to drive your unconscious mind towards a set of desired goals.

Time Line Therapy – Powerful, Yet Gentle

Time Line Therapy is powerful, yet gentle and effective in being able to fully remove the negative emotions attached to past events.

An important difference between TLT and some other therapies is, TLT is achieved without having to explore your negative and painful memories from your past. TLT provides a more attractive solution to removing your stress, while in a saved relaxed situation.

TLT removes all the negative emotions such as anger, sadness, hurt, fear and guilt your past, not only those associated with the trauma. Additionally, feelings of being unworthy or low self-esteem can be eliminated. You will feel as if a weight is lifted, you will be more energised, have a more balanced outlook on the future and be able to get on with your life and unlock your potential.
